The Client:
My client is a prestigious legal firm based in Oxford. They seek a confident and experienced Facilities Assistant to join their team temporary which then will turn to permanent. This role offers an opportunity to work within a fantastic company and contribute to the smooth functioning of all departments.
The Role:
- Permanent role.
- 5 days in the office.
- Cover mail room duties on a daily basis.
- Order in stationary when required.
- Investigate and respond accordingly to any reports of breakdowns or fault.
- Act as a representative when sourcing/agreeing new contracts.
The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have previous Facilities Assistant experience. You will be well-presented, hardworking, proactive, and able to support a team.
