Responsibilities:

  • Handle communication aspects across internal and external relationships across the group
  • Interact with clients.
  • Review data and reports.
  • Produce daily Excel reporting for senior management
  • Handle ad hoc queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with all internal stakeholders regarding compliance.
  • Provide regular KPI reporting on all key areas.
  • Refine and develop improved processes.
  • Work as a team player supporting and helping the wider team.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining and developing strong working relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel processes, including pivot tables and Vlookups.

  • Strong administration background
  • Attention to detail
  • Supply Chain not essential but could be beneficial depending on industry
