Description
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Perform minor repairs and improvements as required.
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety procedures.
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring the facility meets industry standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Liaise with external contractors when necessary.
- Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
- Participate in relevant training and development initiatives.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Operative should have:
- Relevant qualifications in a maintenance-related field.
- Full Drivers License.
- A practical skillset with the ability to perform various manual tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the Not For Profit sector.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a large organisation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with team members and external contractors.
