Role Overview

  • As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the Corporate department, working on a diverse range of transactions and matters.
  • You will collaborate with the experienced team of lawyers to provide strategic advice and support to clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and other corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
  • Drafting and negotiating transactional documents and agreements.
  • Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Providing legal support and guidance on corporate governance matters.
  • Assisting with business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years of PQE in Corporate law.
  • Strong academic background with excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in handling corporate transactions and advising clients on corporate matters.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
