Reed HR has partnered with an organisation who is looking a highly skilled and experienced Temporary HR Consultant to support our HR department for a specified period. As the Temporary HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance and support to managers.
- Assist with HR-related training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
