Telesales Executive
Location: Essex, Epping
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Per annum
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our client, a growing Unified Comms and Technology business, who is looking to add to their successful sales team.
As Telesales Executive you will play a vital part in their sales process, helping to secure appointments and sales that will add to the ongoing success of the business.
Job Duties:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients over the phone
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis
- Updating customer information in the database during and after each call
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
