This role is perfect for a Maintenance Co-ordinator looking to take a step up the career ladder, hard work will be rewarded with plenty of opportunity for progression and the opportunity to earn lots of commission.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing support to new and existing residential tenants at properties across North West London
- Acting as main point of contact for queries, maintenance and repair issues tenants may have
- Inputting and allocating work to maintenance team and tracking work through to completion
- Maintaining accurate property and tenant records on the computer system and updating when needed
- Showing potential new tenants around properties explaining advantages of property
- Administering utility bills, council tax bills, gas certificates etc and updating when necessary
