Weekend Showroom Sales Executive

We have an excellent opportunity for a Weekend Showroom Sales Executive to join the team of an award-winning independent home interior brands based in Bracknell, Berkshire.

About the role As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of our client's brand in the showroom. You will engage with customers, provide expert advice on our product range, and drive sales by creating an exceptional shopping experience.Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of furniture collections including materials, finishes, dimensions, and design options
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and trends
  • Follow up on existing leads generated through website enquiries and non-complete orders
  • Respond to incoming on-line chat and social media messages
  • Listen to customer requirements and recommend solutions to their needs to make the sale
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase.
  • Add new customer leads to the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information. Proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with accurate price information

About the hours and rewards In the role of Weekend Showroom Sales Executive to, you will be required to work weekends only on Saturday and Sunday. Our client is flexible and will also consider just one weekend day. Benefits include:

  • A salary of £11.44ph with commission of up to £4000 OTE (uncapped)

About you To be successful for the role of Showroom Sales Executive, you need to have / be:

  • Demonstrable experience of proactively building customer relationships through presentations and emphasizing excellence
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets and motivating and leading others to do the same
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with demonstrable ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Exemplary communication and negotiation skills
  • Supernb customer service skills
  • People management ability
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Self-motivated with a sales drive and high levels of energy
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
