Purpose of the Position:
Working within the wider National Account Management team, you will be involved in the day-to-day
management supporting a wide variety of national blue-chip clients. You will work alongside the wider
teams Account Managers providing internal support assisting with a variety of tasks ensuring that both
the client project and internal project timelines are achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Helping maintain and manage client programmes of work.
- Liaise with customers via email, telephone and face-to-face assisting the Account Managers in
logging projects and installation dates.
- Monitor incoming Maintenance email inbox, via email and client portal.
- Working with the team to ensure all projects are logged onto the ERP system and projects released
on time and to standard.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare quotations and sales orders, manage stock, and oversee general
administrative tasks.
- Collect & download data from surveys.
- Download, collate and save Maintenance Inspection reports.
- Apply via local authority portals for Advertising consent.
- Supporting the Department Manager with additional ad-hoc task.
