Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Administrator to join our existing Recruitment Agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide ranging and variety of tasks daily to meet our company needs. You will be comfortable working at pace, accurate with data entry and able to work flexibly to support our Recruitment Consultants. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work both within our existing admin team in the office, and remotely.

The role:

Monday - Friday Mornings 6.30am - 11.30am, working from the office 2 days per week and 3 days per week from home.

Full training and support given

Reporting in to our Senior administrator for support and guidance

Responsibilities

  • Utilise various platforms including social media management tools to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
  • Source candidate CV's for our team via various jobs board platforms
  • Maintain accurate records within our database systems
  • Support our team of recruiters with administrative tasks
  • Contacting our extensive client database daily to ensure all records are up to date and accurate

Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft office excel, outlook
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate to both internal teams and external clients
  • Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
