Digital & Paid Media Performance Manager
to join their team on a permanent, full time basis, working on a hybrid basis from their offices in Wetherby. You will be working for a multi-brand, multi-territory group that operate across the e-commerce market, supplying high quality products to a diverse client base.
This role offers the chance for someone to make a huge contribution to the business whilst working inline with their innovative ecommerce strategy which so far has led to them staying ahead of the industry curve.
You will manage the company's paid media channels and overall strategy which will involve, Paid Search and Paid Social responsibilities whilst also taking the lead with the creation, execution and delivery of digital campaigns, building strong platform knowledge and media plans via analysis, optimisation and campaign management.
A strong focus will be required on driving, growing and maintaining revenue via paid channels whilst also ensuring budgets are managed and allocated accordingly. You will be required to take an analytical approach to your work and come to conclusions via reports with an aim of making logical adjustments as required.
Our client requires a strong team player who is keen to work with the growing ecommerce department where you will all ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.
Digital & Paid Media Performance Manager Duties:
- Management of paid media channels and campaigns such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
- Responsible for ensuring paid media is driving and meeting core KPIs.
- Able to manage all parts of a paid search campaign, including keyword research, copywriting, bidding, search term analysis and landing page optimisation.
- Using Excel to compile weekly and monthly reports
- Utilising a/b testing to optimise elements of campaign performance
- Gather and analyse data to help you understand customer behaviour and tailor campaigns accordingly
- Produce high-quality briefs for creative assets
- Understands broader influences on market and company performance
- Managing budgets and forecasting performance.
- Manage communication with stakeholders in the organisation.
- Create campaigns that enable the nurturing of customer relations, utilising a ‘right message – right time' approach.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of Google Ads (essential) Meta Ads (Advantageous) and Microsoft Ads (not essential) .
- Possess an analytical mindset and can challenge existing performance.
- Understands broader influences on market and company performance.
- Experienced in managing mid- level budgets and forecasting performance.
- Have an understanding of the how important KPIs are to track results and success.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience across multiple channels
- Understand the importance of developing and executing strategy with a commercial mindset.
- Highly analytical and advanced data interpretation skills.
In your role as
Digital & Paid Media Performance Manager
, you will receive a salary of between
£45,000 - £50,000
