Sales Manager

£45,000 + Pension
If you have experience of working in the property sector then this position for a Sales Manager will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the sale and marketing of residential properties in the local area
- Working closely with property owners and potential buyers and building strong relationships
- Dealing with new property instructions and conducting property valuations
- Ensuring all properties in portfolio are marketed effectively and sales brochures are provided
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating property purchases
- Tracking sales through to completion, liaising with lenders, surveyors and solicitors
