This Finance Assistant is key to ensuring the smooth running of the department's accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial data, providing accurate reporting and supporting the finance team.

Description

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Analyse financial data and prepare reports
  • Posting journals
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
  • Manage company ledgers and daily reconciliation
  • Handle monthly payroll and keep organised records
  • Prepare VAT returns and control company tax payments
  • Ensure compliance with state revenue service requirements
  • Support other teams with analyses and reports

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • Relevant studies, proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • SAP experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • SME background
