I'm looking to recruit a contract Senior Finance Business to join my client based in central London. We're looking for someone who can challenge assumptions, track performance and work with the senior leadership team to bring big ideas to life.
This role is all about business partnering: working closely with initiative owners, commercial teams, and leadership to make sure my clients Group-wide projects and initiatives are on track, while ensuring every milestone and projection hits the mark.
**What You'll Be Doing:
- Running monthly reviews with project owners to track progress, flagging risks, and coming up with alternative actions to get things back on track.
- Challenging assumptions: making sure all initiatives are based on solid projections and milestones.
- Partnering with initiative owners to deliver projects and find opportunities to accelerate under-performing areas.
- Keeping the shareholders and leadership team up-to-date on project performance, risks, and key milestones
- Supporting the Commercial Finance team by making sure all initiatives are reflected in budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
- Collaborating to spot and develop new operational and financial initiatives that can add value to the business.
**What We're Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (minimum 4 years PQE) with strong financial modelling skills.
- You've got commercial acumen and aren't afraid to challenge stakeholders while building great relationships.
- Proven track record in fast-paced environments where delivering results is key.
- Influencing skills are a must, you'll be working with leaders across the business to push projects forward.
This role is offered with a hybrid working pattern on a 3 month fixed term contract (with a view to extend into 2025)
