An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious FP&A Business Partner to join a leading organisation. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid setting, with office-based commitments twice a week on average. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with sales teams, corporate teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Inventory etc., and provide finance support on key projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take their career to the next level.
Key responsibilities of the FP&A Business Partner:
- Partner with sales teams and corporate teams to provide finance support on key projects
- Analyse expenditure and key cost drivers, providing finance support on expenditure projects
- Develop new MI & KPIs to analyse sales and profitability, summarising analyses into key insights
- Carry out sales & margin analysis of PVM, providing detailed insights
- Own periodic reports, such as weekly performance pack and look to improve them through automation
- Support senior stakeholders in assessing business and Network performance against budget and targets
- Support business & budget planning team in preparation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts
- Implement process and reporting improvements which drive efficiency by moving manual reporting into software-based solutions
Key essentials of the FP&A Business Partner:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong analytical skillset
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
