As a Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will:
- Take responsibility for the health and safety, and fire safety systems across the site
- Act as an advisory service for health & safety related queries
- Lead, develop and motivate other health & safety professionals in the team
- Review the health & safety arrangements ensure they are fit for purpose
- Lead on the review of all accidents/incident reports, notifying HSE where appropriate
- Attend external meetings that may impact health & safety across the site
- Liaise with emergency services as required
To be successful as a Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will:
- Hold a chartered membership status with IOSH or CIEH or equivalent
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Be experienced in delivering generalist health & safety procedures
- Experience within the education sector would be advantageous
In return, we are offering an annual salary of up to £51,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
