Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse to work full time day shifts for a Private Hospital in the Crawley area of East Sussex.

Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify soon.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
