Prospero Teaching are looking for an HLTA for a welcoming primary school in Salford for the next academic year, starting in September. This role will involve covering classes throughout the school.
This is a full-time position where you will work on a planned timetable covering for teachers while they have their PPA. You will teach a range of lessons, including Core Subjects such as Maths and English, as well as Foundation Subjects such as Art, PE and Geography. You will need to be knowledgeable across all curriculum areas, and be able to manage behaviour effectively. As this role is covering classes across the school, you will need to be confident teaching in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Your role will be to teach lessons and use planning provided by the class teacher. You will need to be able to engage the children in the activities and teach with good enthusiasm, pace and clarity.
