Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Charity Fundraisers to join our team and help us in our mission to drive positive change. As a Charity Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in raising funds to support our projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the public and potential donors to educate them about our cause and inspire them to support our charities.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Organize and participate in fundraising events in-person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring they are kept informed about the impact of their contributions.
- Using compelling marketing materials and presentations to promote our charity's work.
- Work with the fundraising team to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- Utilize various fundraising techniques and channels, mainly face-to-face.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for our charitable work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage with people from various backgrounds.
- Sales or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new fundraising techniques.
