DELIVERY LEAD | CONTRACT | LONDON
This role is ideal for an ambitious, self motivated and driven individual who enjoys taking a proactive approach to delivering projects.
Our client, a high profile financial services organisation who are looking for innovate ways to enhance business would like to bring an experienced, modern thinking delivery lead onboard on a contract basis. You will join a team of highly talented and experienced professionals to help define and shape the scope of projects, programmes, and delivery approach.
You will need to be a strong minded individual who has the ability to challenge senior members on how and why decisions will affect business as well as ensuring there are clear definitions for the requirements and scope. This work will require you to be able to see the bigger picture, relay that to the team, and proactively move the project towards that goal.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Extensive Delivery Lead experience
- Experience of leading teams
- Modern and innovate thinker
- Self starter, strong minded and proactive in achieving delivery goals.
- Data metric analysis experience
- Experience setting up WIP limits
