Clinical Lead
Location: Cambridge (CB21)
Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Supernumerary - 9am to 5pm - 40 hour contract
Time Recruitment is selecting a Clinical Lead for a highly luxurious state of the art care facility in Cambridge for an award-winning company noted as care provider of the year and the great British care awards winner alongside rapidly developing and opening new services locally.
This service is the newest service added to their already outstanding portfolio of 20 care homes across the UK; the service is equivalent to a 5* hotel and boasts a deluve cinema, elegant café, private dining, a state-of-the-art var and all rooms have a private patio alongside stunning grounds!
The service is 72 bedded and offers mild/moderate dementia nursing care, general nursing care but is largely residential care orientated; the service is ran by a RGN nursing home manager so as a Clinical Lead here you will be a pivotal part of building the clinical and non-clinical teams.
Your duties as Clinical Lead include:
- Leading the clinical and care teams
- Providing leadership, support and supervision for clinical and care staff
- On call duties
- Researching, delivering and devising written and verbal training modules and workshops
- Staff improvement analysis
- Assessment of residents and liaising with commissioners and stakeholders
- Leading clinical review meetings
- Ensuring safe clinical practice is maintained
- Responding to investigations, complaints and concerns
You will be joining a much larger MDT team than average with homemakers, volunteers, and quality assurance teams you can be assured as a Clinical Lead here your own managerial skills will be endorsed and you will be promoted to over achieve on your own learning and development.

Could you be part of the team; as a Clinical Lead here you will:
- Have a NMC registered nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Hold experience in managing and mentoring staff
- Have Previous experience as a senior nurse or above in a nursing home is desirable
- Ability to people manage
- Have an organised and proactive approach and be a confident communicator
