We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie for our client, a beautiful multiple award winning fine dining restaurant near Effingham, Surrey.

Key tasks and expectations:
- Ensure dishes meet specific standards and maintain quality control and hygiene.
- Control food budget costs, minimize wastage, perform stocktakes, and manage stock rotation.
- Maintain equipment properly and ensure all cleaning complies with legislation.
- Complete paperwork correctly, comply with company procedures, and report as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance, work safely, and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations.
- Support income-generating opportunities, carry out additional duties as needed, and project a positive image.

Hours:
