Our client is a specialist surveying and planning consultancy with offices across the UK, they are currently looking for graduates with a RTPI recognised degree and/or masters to join their training academy starting in August/September time.
This role is specifically focused on land acquisition, design and planning applications.
Key skills required:
- Hold a Degree or Masters in a RTPI recognised subject (Town Planning, Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Rural Planning, Real Estate, MPlan, Spatial Planning)
- Experience in the property sector or a customer facing role beneficial (Full job training provided)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working to deadlines.
- Full driving license
- An interest to start their APC with the aim to eventually become chartered.
Duties include:
- Speaking to landowners and property developers identifying site requirement for planning.
- Occasional site visits (in person or virtually)
- Working in conjunction with different divisions of the business including design, project management and surveying
- Assisting with project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
