Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for an exciting opportunity with a prestigious client based in Tower Hamlets.
This role involves leading mechanical project delivery, ensuring the seamless design, specification, tendering, and execution of projects. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day maintenance operations by managing mechanical contractors and providing expert mechanical engineering advice.
This is full time, 6 months contract offering £350 per day Umbrella LTD**.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of M&E projects from inception to completion, including design/specification, tender processes, and delivery program management.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert mechanical engineering advice for repairs and maintenance, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Contractor Management: Manage and coordinate mechanical contractors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in construction management or building services, with a strong background in M&E project delivery.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, project management methodologies, and construction best practices.
