Role: Private Client Solicitor (2+PQE)
Location: York - Full Time, Hybrid Working Available
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE, + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join a well-regarded team in a growing and dynamic firm. The team handles a broad range of Private Client work, with a strong reputation for delivering excellent service to a diverse client base, including family-owned businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
The Role:
You will play a key role in managing and developing a varied caseload, with the opportunity to make the role your own. Key responsibilities include:
- Estate and succession planning
- Drafting and advising on wills
- Trust creation and administration
- Non-contentious probate matters
- Preparing lasting and enduring powers of attorney
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who can integrate well with our team and provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in Private Client law, ideally with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- A proactive, client-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Experience in business development and marketing is a plus
- STEP qualification (beneficial but not essential)
