This role has become available as a result of an ever-growing IT infrastructure and substantial company growth. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to progress and expand their skillset through training and professional accreditations.
The Role
As IT Support Engineer you will help support the business through an exciting period of technological transformation. You will be directly involved in the maintenance, support, availability, and security of the company IT infrastructure, while providing proactive and reactive support to colleagues, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to internal colleagues on a wide range of technologies
- Build & setup new computers.
- Install computers across multiple sites.
- Software & Hardware support (Computers / Printers / Phones etc).
- Maintain / Update Websites
- Create and maintain technical documentation, policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working in a proactive way in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of Windows and Office 365
