Sales Manager
Our client, an international engineering group, with a very strong reputation across the transport and energy sectors now seeks to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth of their new, technologically superior products throughout the commercial fleet market in the UK.
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and secure profitable orders and new product sales
- Drive sustainable sales growth in identified target markets
- Take responsibility for account management
- Support commercial and technical account queries
- Co-ordinate with internal departments
- Create new and repeat sales
- Pursue new, untapped markets
- Develop profitable relationships with clients and suppliers
- Devise sales & marketing literature
- Determine technical and commercial requirements when assessing new business
- Co-ordinate with Engineering and Commercial departments
- Pitch the company's value proposition
- Identify market opportunities
- Work with the commercial team to prepare winning bids
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
As Sales Manager, you will need:
- Experience working in the energy, utilities or transport industries in a commercial capacity
- Experience of Commercial fleet/HGV sales and/or rapid chargers
- Ability to identify and quantify commercial and technological synergies
- A degree in electrical/electronic engineering (preferable)
Salary:
