Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week. Car owner driver due to the requirement for some off-site local work

You will work with:
Office 365 and Azure AD
iOS and MacOS
Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune)
Windows Server (2019/2022) and Desktop (10/11)
PowerShell
Virtual Servers (vSphere & VMWare)
Wired and Wireless Networks (Aruba, Cisco and VLANs)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to:
Support Users
Monitor and manage the ticketing system.
Resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Provide high-quality support across various devices.
Create and update software images.
Offer remote and on-site support to other sites.
Execute detailed project plans for IT projects.
User & Device Management
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Support users with system access.
Oversee device management and updates.
Assist with the setup of hardware for exams.
Repairs
Log and manage repair requests.
Provide updates on repair progress.
Perform on-site repairs as needed.
Inventory and Stock Management
Maintain and update the hardware inventory.
Conduct regular stock takes.
Servers, Networking, and Office 365
Support physical and virtual server maintenance.
Troubleshoot and enhance network performance.
Implement changes to Active Directory and Group Policy.
Maintain Office 365 and network security.
Other Duties
Assist with large-scale IT projects.
Create and update IT documentation.
Mentor the Junior IT Helpdesk Technician.
Troubleshoot printing issues.
Communication with Stakeholders
Update digital displays and websites. websites.
