Job Title: Customer Service
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm and 8.30am - 5.00pm (rota basis) one Saturday per year but time is given back in lieu.
COMPANY PROFILE:
A well-established national business is looking to hire a Hire Desk Controller for their site in Hatfield. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide a first-class customer experience, by building relationships with clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- IT literate
- Positive with a can-do attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships with clients by providing an excellent customer experience
- Liaise with customers over the phone, dealing with all types of enquiries
- Making warm outbound calls to update customers on delivery / lead times.
- Processing customer orders.
- Supporting the internal teams with any administration.
- Monitoring the inbound email inbox and delegating.
