Description
The Interim Commercial Property Solicitor will:
- Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Oversee lease renewals
- Handle landlord and tenant matters
- Collaborate with property and broader legal teams
- Support paralegals with post-completion tasks
Profile
The successful Interim Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
- Qualified as a Solicitor
- Experience with commercial property matters
- Enough experience to handle a caseload without much supervision
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team
