About the Company
- 2Seck Recruitment Ltd are working with an established Building Contractor with a turnover of over £40 million per annum.
- They are looking to recruit an ambitious Project Manager to join their Project Management team in High Wycombe, working on projects in London and the Home Counties.
- Project values are typically between £½ million - £2 million.
- Mainly Fit-out, Refurbishment & Interiors work within the Built Environment.
About the Role
As a Project Manager you put your knowledge, energy and passion into the following tasks:
- Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks to site team
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well internal staff.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are at the highest standards
- Your role will be a mixture of site work in London and to the Head Office, in High Wycombe.
About You
- At least 3 years working as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry..
- Track record of managing Projects from cradle to grave.
- Demonstrating an eye for detail, good rapport with others and a passion for Construction.
- A related Construction qualification.
- Experience within the Built Environment particularly interior and fit-out works would be beneficial.
- A preference from my client would be a background or experience with large glazing projects.

On offer for this Project Manager position:
- Basic salary up to £55,000 - £75,000 circa per annum. DOE
