Our client, a highly established and successful property management company is seeking a Maintenance/Handyperson for their property's sites and estates in London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be working alongside and managing an assistant maintenance worker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and general DIY tasks across various sites - buildings and apartments
- Undertake various repairs and improvements as needed.
- Responsible for the purchase of materials as required
- Strong customer service skills
- Supervising an assistant
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or proficiency in a trade - such as joinery, plumbing, electrical work, or gardening
- Strong background in building and site maintenance or extensive DIY experience.
- Reliable with strong work ethics
Requirements:
- A passion for hands-on maintenance work
- Manual handling
- A full, valid driving license
