Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
DAY TO DAY:
- Warmly greet and engage with customers to understand their preferences.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
- Keep up to date with new product launches, promotions, special offers.
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within a food or confectionery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining store standards.
- Minimum GCSE-level educated, with Maths and English.
