- Supporting HR Business Partners in delivering HR services
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives
- Providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes
- Coordinating HR administration tasks as required

Profile
A successful Junior HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
