?? Role overview:
As an Associate in the Product and Programme Management team, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and operational tasks across multiple sectors. The Associate will work closely with experienced team members and diverse clients, delivering exceptional digital solutions and supporting the end-to-end design process. The role involves client relationship management, project management, and product management, with a focus on innovation and user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Support client consultants and leads in nurturing long-term client relationships.

  • Facilitate daily communications and ensure interactions add value and strengthen relationships.

  • Project Management:

  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project timelines, resources, and milestones.

  • Support 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet the company's high standards.

  • Product Management:

  • Assist in all stages of the product management process, from user experience research to final delivery.

  • Help gather requirements, understand user needs, and conduct market research to inform design decisions.

Example Responsibilities - High Frequency:

  • Assist in daily communications with clients, helping to build trust and rapport.
  • Support senior team members in managing day-to-day project operations.
  • Gather client requirements and communicate these clearly to the design team.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including drafting project plans, schedules, and tracking budgets.

Example Responsibilities - Mid Frequency:

  • Participate in research activities with experts and help synthesise insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Help define project goals, KPIs, and metrics in collaboration with clients.
  • Support kick-off sessions by taking notes and sharing with the team.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and planning sessions.
  • Promote new ideas and best practices within the studio.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in design and product management to build trust with clients.
