We are now recruiting for a UK Sales Director to join the team based in the Manchester office with hybrid working on offer. The purpose of the role will be to oversee and drive all commercial activity for the purchasing and investment strategy for the UK business. You will develop the commercial function to support and deliver Hoist Finance UK's objective of being the market leader in the purchasing of consumer credit assets.
On a daily basis you will be:
- Working with all members of the management team to set the commercial strategy of the business
- Working with the Group Sales and Investment team
- Develop and maintaining strong seller and client relationships so the company is the business "of choice"
- Develop and forge C level client relationships with target organisations
- Take ownership of each commercial opportunity from outset and deliver to the expectations of all parties
- Deliver revenue streams, profitable deal flow which meets income and business targets in line with business plans.
As the UK Sales Director you will need skills in the following:
- Financial Services and Banking Sector knowledge including experience of bigger ticket transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Deal execution in Financial Services in a B2B environment
- Strong technical and analytical ability and understanding of the business - what makes a difference financially, what levers need to be pulled to deliver the deal?
- Experience of working in a heavily regulated environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage technical, commercial and compliance orientated contract negotiations
- Ability to influence Board Directors
