D365 Business Central Integrator
Location: Central London
About the Role: Join our global finance team as a D365 Business Central Integrator. Support finance users, maintain our Global Template, and drive continuous improvements with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global Finance users and maximize BC potential.
- Maintain Global Template and meet local legislative requirements.
- Manage product backlog, triage cases, and recommend enhancements.
- Configure and test BC solutions, participate in BC release roadmap.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Finance IT Business Partner, Group Financial Controller, Regional Finance Directors, IT teams.
- External: BC vendors, local partners, Microsoft, other app support vendors.
Your Profile:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Version 20+.
- Knowledge of SQL, VB Script, JavaScript, JSON, integration tools (Mulesoft).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Finance, Audit, IT General Controls, agile teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ITIL Foundation and operational experience.
Desirable:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB300).
- Experience with AL language extension, Jet Reports, Continia Software.
- Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Visio, BPMN.
