Recruitment Administrator
- Hourly Rate: £15.00
- Location: Patchway, Bristol and Working from Home
- Job Type: Part-time, 6-month fixed term contract
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 25 hours hours per week (could be over 4 days for the right person)
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our client on a part-time basis for a 6-month fixed term contract. This role comes with a guaranteed £2000 completion of assignment bonus at the end of the contract. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with the majority of your time working from home and once a week visit to the office in Bristol
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the filling of various vacancies within the home, including roles such as chefs, kitchen staff, housekeeping, front of house, and operational managers.
- Attend pre-arranged interview days to meet and greet candidates.
- Build good, personable relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the full onboarding journey for all candidates.
- Develop networks, links, and partnerships within the local community.
- Perform all administration duties related to the full recruitment cycle using the in-house system and Microsoft applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a real people person with excellent communication skills.
- Highly computer literate.
- Able to work on your own initiative and be proactive.
- Experience as an HR/Recruitment administrator or a very comparable role is essential.
