Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
- Perform detailed audit testing and document findings.
- Review and evaluate internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support.
- Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be either ACCA or ACA Qualified
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in auditing, preferably in an accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
