Key Responsibilities
- Proficiency in handling incoming customer calls, providing timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer enquiries and concerns in a calm manner.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, fostering positive customer experiences and brand loyalty.
- Efficiently process customer orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.
- Maintain precise records by accurately inputting customer data and order information into the company database, facilitating streamlined operations and data integrity.
Desired Candidate
- Possess a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service, with a keen focus on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of car parts and car care, including familiarity with various automotive components and maintenance practices, is desirable.
- Proficiency in utilising computer systems and software applications to effectively manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deal well under pressure, with good organisational skills.
