Customer Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 11 Customer Service Advisers - 121s, appraisals, absence management, mentor, coaching.
- Lead and motivate a customer service team in the insurance sector.
- Oversee the resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Implement strategies for team development and performance improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor team performance and generate reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the insurance industry.
Profile
A successful Customer Team Leader should have:
- A strong academic background, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven team leadership skills within a contact centre, or customer service background.
- An understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- The ability to handle customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry.
