We are looking to speak to immediately available Customer Support Specialists for an on-going interim assignment for 3 months, starting ASAP.
Job role: Customer Support Specialists
Hourly rate: £13-£14ph
Key Responsibilities:
- Admin tasks for customers (admin checks, cross checking data)
- Customer communications - managing queries
- Cross checking financial data from finance customers
- Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Identifying and resolving customer problems efficiently
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
