Description
- Working in a team of over 10 Credit Controllers - Looking after individual set of customer accounts - circa 250
- To maintain all customer accounts within the designated credit limit aged debt profile
- To operate the company's credit control procedures to ensure the prompt collection of cash
- Generating invoices and statement runs
- To ensure all sums are paid on outstanding accounts to terms
- Complex reconciliations with remittances, timesheets and delivery notes billed correctly before chasing commences
- Allocation of cash on a daily / monthly basis
- Identify and report potential bad debts to minimise loss and refer accounts for litigation
- To prepare accounts for review by management when required, including credit notes and journal adjustments as necessary
- Administer and monitor customer account queries to ensure they are speedily and accurately resolved.
- Ensure all documentation and filing kept up to date and accurate
Profile
Ideally as much experience of Credit Control as possible to deal with high profile NHS debt
Experience building Customer Loyalty
