Salary: up to £33,440 basic, with overtime at 1.5 rate
Working Hours: 8.30-5 Mon-Thurs, 8.30-4 Fridays

- Provide excellent customer service and high-quality field service.
- Perform call-outs, installations, and planned visits.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to meet business goals.
- Communicate with the Service Scheduler to manage service calls.
- Maintain tools, IT equipment, and vehicles per company policy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in a field service environment in Coffee and Vending sector
- Technical Competence: Knowledge of full equipment range and accessory application.
- Communication Competence: Effective communication and negotiation with customers and internal teams.
- IT Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and electronic data management.
- Organisational Competence: Strong planning, organisation, and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility is essential.
