Job Title: Regulatory Support Advisor
Salary: £29,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised, customer facing candidate to join a busy team managing a varied and interesting workload.
Responding to a wide range of queries, you will be instrumental in providing vital and professional support to members and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for a Regulatory Support Advisor:
- Assisting in managing applications and enquiries from members and firms across regulatory areas
- Capturing and accurately recording changes and amendments
- Acting as a trusted advisor to colleagues and members to promote solutions to problems
- Providing customer support via both the telephone helpline and email and taking responsibility for managing incoming enquiries through to their satisfactory conclusion.
Essential Skills for a Regulatory Support Advisor:
- Previous experience in a regulatory role would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Team worker with the ability to work on initiative
