Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by providing administrative and operational support to the sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Prepare, manage, and update sales documents, contracts, and reports.

Maintain and organise the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Customer Support:

Respond to customer enquiries, providing accurate information and directing queries as appropriate.

Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure a seamless experience.

Sales Coordination:

Collaborate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and sales leads.

Process orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.

Team Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance.

Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of services or products.

Data Management & Reporting:

Compile and analyse sales data to produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a sales environment or with customer relationship management systems.

Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.
