  • Contractor Management
  • Systems updates
  • Undertaking detailed site surveys and measurements
  • Preparing plans, diagrams, and schedules
  • Assisting with the preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Liaising closely with construction teams and other professionals
  • Monitoring construction progress and quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing project budgets and cost control processes
  • Providing professional advice to stakeholders

Profile

  • Strong IT Skills
  • Experience of Voids and Day to Day surveying
  • Experience of contractor management
  • Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
  • Familiarity with construction legislation and standards
  • An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A commitment to continuous professional development
