Our Client is seeking for a Maintenance Operator to Support Indoor Virtical Farming
NO EXPERIENCE NESSASARY AS FULL TRAINING GIVEN
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The right person will need to show the following:
- Must be able to follow instructions and comply with health and safety policies and procedures
- Be willing to perform manual handling, and complete manual handling training
- Must be able to speak and understand English to communicable standard
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must have own means of transportation as no public transport near site
- Counterbalance certified preferred but not necessary as training can be given to right candidate.
Tasks include
- General maintenance tasks (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED)
- Removal and cleaning of growing panels (use of jetwash system)
- Use of basic handheld tools
- Assisting with crop harvesting/seeding/planting
- Outside grounds maintenance
- Cleaning
- Assisting with on-site technicians
