Job DescriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Fabric personnel/ general builder to join a team working within the Building Fabric Maintenance team across a varied site, completing reactive works for tenants. No major building work is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out general building and allied trades work in connection with the maintenance and minor alterations required on site.
- Carry out first inspections
- Undertake preventative works
- Tasks such as replacing slabs, replacing roof tiles, addressing roof leaks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience of working in multi-skilled teams
- Maintenance/ Bricklayer Qualification is desirable
