Amazing opportunity within this premium contract catering site for a highly skilled and driven Executive Chef, In the heart of The City of London, working for one of the UK's leading contract caterers. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Chef's, overseeing 3 different outlets which consist of café, halls & events where you'll be catering for up to 500 people. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error and strong man management skills are essential in this role due to the high pressured environment.
This is a hands on role and around 80% of your time will be spent in the kitchen, so it requires a Chef that has strong culinary skills who loves to cook as well as having strong knowledge of all the latest health & safety laws and a strong understanding of costings and finances.
The ideal Chef needs to ideally have previous 4/5 star hotel or contract catering experience, where they have overseen multiple outlets and catered for large events.
